Actress Julianne Moore is selling her West Village digs. She's asking around $12M. The Hooked on Houses Blog has a nice post showing a lot of the photos of her place, including one where it was featured in the World of Interiors design magazine.
We think this house is sharp(!), but narrower than it looks in various photos we've seen around the Internet. This may be an issue for potential buyers.

This house is gorgeous. The only problem is the industrial-looking appliances in the kitchen make it feel a little sterile. But the blue leather bar chairs in the kitchen are hot!
